The immersive simulation presents call-takers with thousands of AI-powered caller types exhibiting a variety of ages, accents, and genders. The realistic simulations also include background sounds to match the emergency situation.

Call-takers practice answering these simulated calls with natural language conversation based on MPDS protocols directly in the ProQA platform. AI SkillLab reduces the need for expensive human role-playing; allows call-takers to improve their Active Listening skills; and makes training scalable for any size 911 call center.
